theclothingcove.com will process & ship your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm (EST) may be processed the following business day. Orders are subject to merchandise availability, we will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Shipping Charges
theclothingcove.com uses UPS and USPS for all domestic shipments. USPS Priority Mail for all shipments to APO/FPO, Alaska & Hawaii.
UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Domestic Shipping Information
TheClothingCove.com uses UPS or USPS for all shipments. Signature required for orders with a value of $500.00 or more.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at 1-866-685-2500. We will make every attempt to correct the shipping address, occasionally the order may have already been processed. Changes in addresses after the package has shipped may incur a change fee.
Promotional Shipping Rates are not available through USPS.
E-Mail Notification
You will receive an e-mail confirming your merchandise has been shipped. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from theclothingcove.com. Your e-mail will include a tracking number and can be tracked through www.ups.com or www.usps.com.
If your package is lost or damaged, save all packaging materials and please call us immediately at 1-866-685-2500
If a package/delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an incorrect/invalid shipping address, the customer will be charged $7.95 for return shipping or if a refund is to be issued, $7.95 will be subtracted from the refund amount.
You may do a “will call” pick-up at our Retail location in Milford, MI. Call for available pick up times.
